    • How do I place an order?Through our website pixelgalore.com. Choose the item you’re ready to purchase and add it to your card from there you will be send to our checkout menu. Need Help? Send us a email pixelgalore01@gmail.com
    • What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit card company and some payment plan options.
    • Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed? Yes, Within our 24 hour grace period. 
    • Will I receive an order confirmation? All successfully placed orders will receive a order confirmation number after checkout in the email.
    • Do you offer gift cards? Yes, send us a email to request a gift card

      • How much does shipping cost? Economy- $4.37 Standard- $4.78
      • How long will it take for my order to arrive? US Orders takes about 4-8 business days, International Orders take about 10-20 business days.

        4. Returns & Refunds

        • What is your return policy? Returns are accept until 30 days after your purchase was delivered 
        • How do I return an item? Send Us A Email To Start Your Return At pixelgalore01@gmail.com
        • Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?  How exchanges work is we ask that you send your item back and once we receive it we will send a credit to you. 
        • When will I receive my refund? Within 5-7 business days. 15 business day max if 15 days pass and you haven’t received a refund Please Contact Us At Our Email pixelgalore01@gmail.com. 
        • Are there any items that cannot be returned? All Sale Items Can’t Be Returned!
